rpvi1 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with rpvi1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether use of the rpvi1 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by rpvi1 or any other gaming operator, that is currently in effect.
4. You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any responsible gaming authority or scheme that renders you ineligible to hold a gaming account.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be acting on behalf of another person in opening or operating your account.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of rpvi1 or any affiliated company, nor a member of the immediate family of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.

rpvi1 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the rpvi1 support team may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

To access the Services, you must complete the rpvi1 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information in the event of any change to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You are not creating this account on behalf of any third party and will not permit any third party to use your account.
• You have not previously had an account with rpvi1 terminated for violation of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with rpvi1. The opening of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. rpvi1 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and all balances (including any pending withdrawals) will be voided, except where the balance represents verified real-money deposits not yet withdrawn.

KYC Verification: rpvi1 may require Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any other point deemed appropriate. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership where required. rpvi1 commits to processing KYC submissions within one business day of receipt of complete documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rpvi1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify the rpvi1 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

rpvi1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. rpvi1 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request purportedly from rpvi1 asking for your password should be reported immediately to [email protected].

All deposits to your rpvi1 account are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rpvi1 supports the following deposit methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 3–5 minutes of confirmed transfer.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly upon payment confirmation.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your rpvi1 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source.
2. rpvi1 does not impose processing fees on standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which rpvi1 bears no responsibility.
3. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the rpvi1 cashier at the time of deposit. These minimums are subject to change and vary by payment method.
4. rpvi1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit above threshold amounts determined by the rpvi1 compliance team, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
5. Deposits that cannot be matched to a confirmed payment are not credited. Contact the rpvi1 support team at [email protected] with your transfer receipt if a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests made on the rpvi1 platform:

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your rpvi1 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Before processing your first withdrawal, rpvi1 requires completion of KYC verification (see Clause 3). Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at rpvi1's discretion.
3. Real-money wallet balances derived from your own deposits are withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active account restriction. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable.
4. rpvi1 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier and vary by payment method.
5. rpvi1 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional cases. Members will be notified promptly if a withdrawal is subject to manual review.
6. In the event that rpvi1 identifies a withdrawal request that may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, rpvi1 may withhold the withdrawal pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the funds may be forfeited.

rpvi1 offers a range of promotional incentives to its Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
2. One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. rpvi1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — is detected.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and togel markets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus Validity: Bonus Funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
5. rpvi1 Right to Modify: rpvi1 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they are compatible.
6. Seasonal Promotions: rpvi1 may issue special promotional offers coinciding with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Such promotions are governed by these general bonus terms unless specific supplementary terms are published.

All bets and wagers placed on the rpvi1 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. General rules that apply platform-wide are as follows:

1. Bets are final once confirmed in the rpvi1 system. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the Member except where rpvi1's product-specific rules expressly permit a cash-out or void option.
2. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, rpvi1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' wallet balances. rpvi1 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
3. rpvi1 sets maximum bet limits and payout caps on a per-market and per-product basis. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. rpvi1 reserves the right to adjust individual Member betting limits at its discretion.
4. For sportsbook markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF fixtures, settlement is based on the official result at the time stated in the market rules (typically 90 minutes of regular time plus added time for football). Extra time, penalty shoot-outs, and other extended play periods are included in settlement only where market rules explicitly state this.
5. For togel markets, settlement is based on the official draw results published by the authorised pool operator (SGP, HKG, Sydney, or other specified pools). rpvi1 is not responsible for discrepancies in third-party draw publications.
6. Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number-generation systems or physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheels) administered by licensed studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. rpvi1 is not the primary operator of these games and resolves game disputes in accordance with the relevant studio operator's decision, which is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpvi1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether on the main platform or within any game supplied by a third-party studio — rather than reporting them to the rpvi1 support team immediately upon discovery.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating any person under 21 years of age to access or use your rpvi1 account.
• Any conduct that rpvi1 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward rpvi1 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

rpvi1 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen alerts that trigger after a specified period of continuous play, prompting them to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension options of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available on request. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available to any Member who believes they have developed a problematic relationship with gambling. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of a confirmed written request to [email protected] and cannot be reversed.

All content on the rpvi1 platform — including but not limited to the rpvi1 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rpvi1 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rpvi1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rpvi1 content without prior written consent from rpvi1.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvi1 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to access the rpvi1 platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform caused by circumstances outside rpvi1's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) regarding game outcomes or technical disputes within their respective game environments.
• Any reliance on information or content displayed on the rpvi1 platform for purposes other than wagering on the platform itself.

Where rpvi1's liability cannot be excluded by law, rpvi1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to your rpvi1 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rpvi1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account with rpvi1, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

rpvi1 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access control protocols — to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. rpvi1 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

rpvi1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rpvi1 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify Members of significant changes via the email address registered on their account, or via an in-platform notification, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the rpvi1 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvi1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, you should raise the dispute with the rpvi1 support team at [email protected]. rpvi1 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 24 hours and to providing a substantive written response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 days of your initial written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
3. Applicable Jurisdiction: Nothing in this clause limits rpvi1's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
