• Active Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your rpvi1 account and for a period of five (5) years following permanent account closure, in compliance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.

rpvi1 is an internationally operated platform. In the course of delivering its services to Members based primarily in Indonesia, personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside Indonesia. Such transfers may occur when:

The rpvi1 Platform does not include outbound links to third-party websites for general browsing purposes. Where game content powered by third-party studios (such as Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play) is embedded within the Platform, those game environments are governed by the respective studio's own privacy and security standards. rpvi1 vets all studio partners for compliance with data protection standards as part of its onboarding process.

rpvi1 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services that operate independently of the rpvi1 Platform.

rpvi1 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform operations. When material changes are made, rpvi1 will:
